Rules to Grow Hemp in MI for 2020

Gina Alessandri is the Industrial Hemp Program Director the director for the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD). She will be covering the 2020 pilot rules for growing Hemp in Michigan and reviewing the Plan that Michigan will be submitting to USDA for approval.

2019 Compliance Testing Results

Craig Van Buren is the Laboratory Division Director for the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD). Hemp growers were required to use this lab for 2019 program compliance. Craig will be presenting the 2019 hemp testing results, covering the varieties tested. You will not want to miss this session – to know what’s hot and what’s not as you pick out seed genetics for your 2020 crop.
